By using GameDay you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
The service
GameDay is a free tool for organising games with your group: polls, teams, attendance and splitting costs. It's provided “as is”. We work to keep it running and accurate but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Your account
- You need a Google or Apple account to sign in, and you must be at least 13.
- Use your real name or the name your group knows you by. Don't impersonate anyone.
- You're responsible for activity on your account.
Groups and content
- Group organisers and admins manage their groups, including removing members. Be respectful: no harassment, hate, spam or illegal content in names, notes or suggestions.
- You can report people or content from the app. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these terms.
Payments between members
GameDay only records who owes what for a session and opens your UPI app to pay. Payments are made directly between members through their own payment apps. GameDay doesn't handle money and isn't responsible for payments, refunds or disputes between members.
Ending your use
You can delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account). We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use GameDay means you accept the update.
