Delete your account

You can delete your GameDay account and personal data at any time.

In the app or on the website

• Open GameDay and sign in.
• Go to Profile → Delete account.
• Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

On the web, sign in at your profile and use the same option.

Without the app

Email akshayashok2024@gmail.com from the email address you sign in with, asking us to delete your account. We'll confirm and complete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your name, photo, email link, UPI ID and playing position.
• Your sign-in and your devices registered for notifications.
• Your membership of every group, and your votes and places in upcoming games.

What stays

Records of past games (attendance, teams and payments) stay in your groups' history, shown as “Deleted player”, so other members' streaks and payment records still add up. They are no longer linked to your personal details.
